Hi my name is Bev Wilkinson and I am the founder of Golden Days Images.
This venture is very close to my heart especially since I have spent seven months gathering interviews for "Celebrate Living History" a project showcasing seniors in Frankston Victoria Australia.
What I realised is their yarns and photos are precious and should be shared throughout the generations.
So what am I doing? My dream is to establish a not-for-profit social enterprise which will nurture relationships between seniors and youth to cherish stories about history, culture and community.
I have created the Celebrate Living History magazine which was launched at the Celebrate Living History of Frankston exhibition this includes a collaboration of stories on inspirational seniors by myself, student interns and the general public.
I have organised Celebrate Living History of Frankston without funding or support and believe I have the passion to make a long-term future of my dream a reality.
